Layered energy emission transmitter of HIFU
1. DS-4.5D 4MHZ frequency used to transmit high- energy focused ultrasound to the skin, subcutaneous tissue, the ultrasound to penetrate the skin to a depth of 4.5mm, direct subcutaneous SMAS layer, forming “heat coagulation” regional, targeted to thicker skin, such as cheeks, etc.
2. DS-4.5S 7MHZ frequencies used to transmit high-energy focused ultrasound to the skin, subcutaneous tissue, the ultrasound to penetrate the skin to a depth of 4.5mm, direct subcutaneous SMAS layer, targeted to thinner skin, such as the forehead, thin and neck.

HIFU Procedure
HIFU skin tightening procedure is usually performed under oral analgesia. A smooth hand piece delivers highly focused ultrasound energy which safely heats up the subcutaneous layer at designated depth. The patient will be asked to feedback on the intensity of heat so that the procedure does not become uncomfortable or painful whilst achieving optimum results.
The ultrasound beam can be focused in these ways:
Geometrically, for example with a lens or with a spherically curved transducer.
Electronically, by adjusting the relative phases of elements in an array of transducers (a "phased array"). By dynamically adjusting the electronic signals to the elements of a phased array, the beam can be steered to different locations, and aberrations in the ultrasound beam due to tissue structures can be corrected.
